To alleviate any concerns about visiting a new salon, here’s a guide to what you can expect and how we can ensure a successful first visit.

The Pre-Visit

You'll receive an e-mail reminder 48 hours before each visit with an option to confirm or reschedule your visit, as well as a text message 24 hours before to confirm your appointment.

Prepare for your visit

A picture is worth a thousand words…….

Before your appointment, check Pinterest or my Instagram for inspiration photos. Choose 1-2 images you like and 1-2 images you dislike.

Dress for comfort….

RLS Suite prioritizes comfort and relaxation. My focus is on hair health, even if it means longer visits. No bulky clothing (hoodies, turtlenecks) is preferred for a more streamlined experience.

Your first Visit

Phenix Salon Suites is near 127th Street & 7th Avenue, with limited parking. Arrive 30 minutes early when driving so you can look for parking. Close to 125th street mass transit.

  1. To enter the building, the receptionist will allow you entry if not you can find my name on the call pad (Lakeisha) or call me at

    315-302-1229.

  2. Location: Enter building, turn left, walk down hallway towards exit sign. I am the second door on left (115).

  3. If I'm with someone, please wait on the bench to the right.

The Consultation

Tell me your secrets your reservation is dedicated time meant to nurture you and your hair so your first appointment will be a little longer than the others. We will have a extended consultation where I will ask you a lot of questions this is a no judgement space so please be honest about your lifestyle, hair history & goals.

Your success plan

You will receive a email/phone call from me making sure you are still in love with your hair. If you seen me for color, extension or scalp maladies you will receive a regimen that you will need to follow for the benefits of your hair health. I have the perfect plan to help you look amazing between your visit
